Komodo
National Park Indonesia - Veriety of tourism in Indonesia - location is on Komodo Island and
is located between the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa
Tenggara . Being one of the 7 wonders of the world make the island of Komodo
became much in demand by foreign tourists who come from different
countries around the world .
Komodo National Park consists of three large islands of Komodo Island , Rinca , and Padar , and several other small islands . Region 's land area a national park about 603 square kilometers and with a total area is 1817 sq. km.
In 1980 the national park was established to protect the Komodo dragons and their habitat . In Komodo Island and the surrounding areas there are more or less 277
species of animals which is a blend of animals from Asia and Australia .
Consists of about 32 species of mammals , about 128 species of birds , and about 37 species of reptiles . Together
with dragons , there are at least 25 species of land animals and birds
are also still included in the category of protected animals , because
there is very limited or limited their deployment .

These islands is an island of volcanic origin. Total population in this area is approximately 4,000 inhabitants. In 1991 the Komodo national park has been accepted as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On November 11, 2011, the New 7 Wonders has been announced the winner while, and the Komodo National Park is also in the ranks of the winners along with, the Amazon Rainforest, Halong Bay, Iguazu Falls, Jeju Island, Puerto Princesa Underground River, and Table Mountain. Komodo National Park is getting the most votes.
